WinPlaceGo is simply a tool to evaluate your own personal data. At any time, we will delete your data on demand.
The only time anyone from WinPlaceGo will access your data is if you specifically ask us to — if you have a problem with your dashboards or with importing data, and you specifically request support.

Yes. WinPlaceGo has programmed logic to identify and ignore nearly all duplicate betting transactions.
That said, the system can rarely be tripped up by esoteric scenarios, such as identical bets being processed at exactly the same second. If you think you have duplicate data in your database or data that has improperly been flagged as a duplicate, please get in touch with the contact form below, and we will look into it.
WinPlaceGo automatically maps your betting history to data from Equibase to provide details on race conditions, surface, distance, restrictions, and more. If the race in your betting history cannot be mapped, any missing data will show up as “unavailable” in the dashboard filters.
