WinPlaceGo aspires to support every ADW available in North America. We currently support the most popular ADWs that generate the most handle in the US. If there is an ADW you want us to support that you don’t see on this list, please send us an email using the contact form below – we’ll do our best to add it ASAP!

We take your privacy very seriously, with multiple software and policy controls to make sure only you can see your results data.

WinPlaceGo is simply a tool to evaluate your own personal data. At any time, we will delete your data on demand.

The only time anyone from WinPlaceGo will access your data is if you specifically ask us to — if you have a problem with your dashboards or with importing data, and you specifically request support.

Uploading Data

Please see the Data Upload page, and select the ADW for which you are trying to upload data – we have detailed instructions for each specific ADW.

Here are some common problems we see frequently:

  • You've uploaded a file from an ADW we don't support. If that's the case, please let us know using the contact form below
  • You may be attempting to upload a file with unrecognized formatting. Some ADWs publish different types of summary views of your results, which are not recognized by WinPlaceGo. Please follow the instructions for your specific ADW on the uploads page to ensure your file can be read
  • The file has been altered via Excel or another spreadsheet application. Spreadsheet programs have a nasty habit of making changes to the file — localizing times, reformatting currencies, etc. WinPlaceGo typically covers these scenarios, but sometimes it can still get tripped up. To ensure this doesn't happen, it is best to save the betting history file directly to your computer without opening it before uploading. For sites like TVG, where you need to manually copy and paste your data, make sure that ALL data from ALL rows has been pasted in the correct column order
  • It is possible that there is an unrecognized track or pool type that WinPlaceGo does not recognize being uploaded. This can happen when ADWs change their track names, for new or special one-off bets, or for minor international tracks. We are automatically notified of these errors and proactively address them as soon as possible, typically within a few hours.

Yes. WinPlaceGo has programmed logic to identify and ignore nearly all duplicate betting transactions.

That said, the system can rarely be tripped up by esoteric scenarios, such as identical bets being processed at exactly the same second. If you think you have duplicate data in your database or data that has improperly been flagged as a duplicate, please get in touch with the contact form below, and we will look into it.

WinPlaceGo automatically maps your betting history to data from Equibase to provide details on race conditions, surface, distance, restrictions, and more. If the race in your betting history cannot be mapped, any missing data will show up as “unavailable” in the dashboard filters.

There are 3 possibilities why this may happen:

  • You are attempting to upload data for tracks / races not covered by Equibase: This could include international races, certain quarter horse tracks, or certain smaller thoroughbred tracks / fair meets
  • The Equibase results are not in our database: We include every available Equibase race starting from [date], however it can take up to 3-5 days from the publishing of Equibase results charts to be uploaded into our system
  • There could be a bug in our database mapping: If you believe you have uploaded data from a race that should be mapped to Equibase but is not, please send us a message using the contact form below and we will look into it
